     Nathaniel Hillyer was born on 10 September 1715 or 20 September 1715 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of James Hillyer II and Joanna Hayes.¹ Nathaniel Hillyer married Sarah Hayes, daughter of Daniel Hayes and Sarah Lee.² Nathaniel Hillyer died circa 1784.¹
