     Susannah Phelps was born in 1731. She was the daughter of Joseph Phelps and Susannah Eno.

     Thomas Humphrey was born on 1 September 1676 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Sergeant John Humphrey and Hannah Griffin. Thomas Humphrey died on 23 October 1714 at age 38.

     Sarah Mansfield was born on 5 January 1685/86 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.² She was the daughter of John Mansfield and Sarah Pinney. Sarah Mansfield married Cornelius Phelps, son of Lt. Timothy Phelps and Mary Griswold, on 2 November 1704 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.² Sarah Mansfield died in 1774 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.

     John Phelps was born on 6 July 1710 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.⁴ He was the son of Cornelius Phelps and Sarah Mansfield. John Phelps died in 1776.

     Nathaniel Phelps married Tryphene (?) Nathaniel Phelps was born in 1738 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of John Phelps and Dorothy Rathbone. Nathaniel Phelps died in 1807.

     Tryphene (?) married Nathaniel Phelps, son of John Phelps and Dorothy Rathbone.

     Silas Phelps was the son of Nathaniel Phelps and Tryphene (?)

     Roger Ellsworth was born on 28 July 1760 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Giles Ellsworth and Keziah Moore. Roger Ellsworth was baptized on 26 July 1761 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He married Lucy Hayden, daughter of Isaac Hayden and Eunice Drake, in 1784. Roger Ellsworth died on 13 May 1801 at age 40.

     Lucy Hayden was born on 30 December 1755. She was the daughter of Isaac Hayden and Eunice Drake.² Lucy Hayden married Roger Ellsworth, son of Giles Ellsworth and Keziah Moore, in 1784. Lucy Hayden died in 1828.

     Giles Ellsworth was born on 6 June 1790 at CT. He was the son of Roger Ellsworth and Lucy Hayden. Giles Ellsworth married Ellen Hayden, daughter of Levi Hayden and Margaret Strong, on 12 October 1808. Giles Ellsworth died on 5 December 1853 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT, at age 63. He was buried at Palisado Cemetery, Windsor, Hartford Co., CT.²

     Ellen Hayden was born on 24 June 1790. She was the daughter of Levi Hayden and Margaret Strong. Ellen Hayden married Giles Ellsworth, son of Roger Ellsworth and Lucy Hayden, on 12 October 1808. Ellen Hayden died in 1852.

     Samuel Albert Ellsworth was born in 1826 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Giles Ellsworth and Ellen Hayden. Samuel Albert Ellsworth married Antoinette Cynthia Viets, daughter of George Watson Viets and Delia E. King, on 12 November 1863. Samuel Albert Ellsworth died in November 1905 at Fairmount, ND.

After the death of his wife, Mr. Ellsworth, with his children, moved to Fairmount, ND.

     Antoinette Cynthia Viets was born on 7 August 1840 at East Granby, Hartford Co., CT.² She was the daughter of George Watson Viets and Delia E. King.² Antoinette Cynthia Viets married Samuel Albert Ellsworth, son of Giles Ellsworth and Ellen Hayden, on 12 November 1863. Antoinette Cynthia Viets died on 27 February 1878 at age 37.

     Annie Esther Ellsworth was born on 2 November 1867 at East Granby, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Samuel Albert Ellsworth and Antoinette Cynthia Viets. Annie Esther Ellsworth married John Arnold Miller on 29 October 1888. Annie Esther Ellsworth died in April 1948 at Tyler, ND, at age 80.

Annie came to the Dakota Territory with her father, two brothers, and three sisters two years after the death of their mother in 1878. The family lived for many years north of Fairmount. She was united with the Richland Baptist Church by baptism on November 5, 1882.

Annie and John farmed for thirty-nine years in Summit township. Wishing to remain close to the farm they build a small home in Tyler, whre they retired in 1927. Here Annie, until ten days before her death, was active and enoyed her small home, close to many of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

     John Arnold Miller was born on 1 October 1867 at Marytown, WI. He married Annie Esther Ellsworth, daughter of Samuel Albert Ellsworth and Antoinette Cynthia Viets, on 29 October 1888. John Arnold Miller died in 1948 at Breckenridge, MN.

     Hazel Annie Miller was born on 5 December 1899 at Summit Twp. Richland Co., ND.¹ She was the daughter of John Arnold Miller and Annie Esther Ellsworth. Hazel Annie Miller married Arthur M. Forman. Hazel Annie Miller died on 17 July 1991 at Plentywod, MT, at age 91.¹

     Arthur M. Forman was born on 13 December 1898 at Wahpeton, ND.¹ He married Hazel Annie Miller, daughter of John Arnold Miller and Annie Esther Ellsworth. Arthur M. Forman died on 23 January 1989 at Redlands, CA, at age 90.¹

     Frederick Roger Ellsworth was born in 1878. He was the son of Samuel Albert Ellsworth and Antoinette Cynthia Viets. Frederick Roger Ellsworth died in 1969.

     Antonette Lena Ellsworth was born in 1868. She was the daughter of Samuel Albert Ellsworth and Antoinette Cynthia Viets. Antonette Lena Ellsworth died in 1968 at WI.

     Ellen Frances Ellsworth was born in 1871. She was the daughter of Samuel Albert Ellsworth and Antoinette Cynthia Viets. Ellen Frances Ellsworth married Isaac Hull on 27 December 1893. Ellen Frances Ellsworth died in 1958.

     Isaac Hull married Ellen Frances Ellsworth, daughter of Samuel Albert Ellsworth and Antoinette Cynthia Viets, on 27 December 1893.

     Elsie Lillian Miller was the daughter of John Arnold Miller and Annie Esther Ellsworth. Elsie Lillian Miller married Frank Kotey.

     Frank Kotey married Elsie Lillian Miller, daughter of John Arnold Miller and Annie Esther Ellsworth.

     Jennie Delia Ellsworth was born in 1866. She was the daughter of Samuel Albert Ellsworth and Antoinette Cynthia Viets. Jennie Delia Ellsworth died in 1921.

     Giles Watson Ellsworth was born in 1864 at East Granby, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Samuel Albert Ellsworth and Antoinette Cynthia Viets. Giles Watson Ellsworth died in 1942.

     Levi served in the cavalry at Horse Neck. Levi Hayden was born on 28 May 1747. He was the son of Deacon Nathaniel Hayden and Naomi Gaylord. Levi Hayden married Margaret Strong, daughter of Lt. Return Strong and Sarah Nichols, in 1772. Levi Hayden died on 24 August 1821 at age 74.

     Margaret Strong was born in 1750. She was the daughter of Lt. Return Strong and Sarah Nichols. Margaret Strong married Levi Hayden, son of Deacon Nathaniel Hayden and Naomi Gaylord, in 1772. Margaret Strong died on 10 May 1812.

     Isaac Hayden was born on 3 July 1706. He was the son of Daniel Hayden and Elizabeth Gibbs. Isaac Hayden married Hannah Stiles, daughter of John Stiles and Ruth Bancroft, on 19 November 1736. Isaac Hayden married Eunice Drake, daughter of Enoch Drake and Elizabeth Barber, on 25 January 1753.¹ Isaac Hayden died on 20 September 1777 at age 71.

     Eunice Drake was born say 1712. She was the daughter of Enoch Drake and Elizabeth Barber.¹ Eunice Drake married Isaac Hayden, son of Daniel Hayden and Elizabeth Gibbs, on 25 January 1753.² Eunice Drake died on 27 November 1804.

     Daniel Hayden was born on 5 October 1666. He was the son of Lt. Daniel Hayden and Hannah Willcockson. Daniel Hayden died on 22 December 1759 at age 93.
