     Lyman Barber was born in 1790 at West Simsbury (now Canton), Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Michael Barber and Azubah Brown. Lyman Barber died on 13 May 1862.

     Martin Barber was born in 1794 at probably Simsbury, CT. He was the son of Michael Barber and Azubah Brown. Martin Barber died on 14 January 1877 at Canton, Hartford Co., CT.

     Salmon Barber was born in 1800 at probably Simsbury, CT. He was the son of Michael Barber and Azubah Brown. Salmon Barber died on 11 September 1881 at New Britain, Hartford Co., CT.

     Lola Mills was born on 5 April 1761 at West Simsbury (now Canton), Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Col. Amasa Mills and Lucy Curtis. Lola Mills married Job Barber, son of Sgt. Thomas Barber and Elizabeth Adams, in 1776. Lola Mills died on 13 April 1818 at Marcellus, Onondaga Co., NY, at age 57.

     Dr. Barber notes that the 1820 census shows 2 boys and 7 girls. Alvin Barber was the son of Job Barber and Lola Mills.

     Solomon Barber was the son of Job Barber and Lola Mills.

     Harvey Barber was born on 29 April 1790. He was the son of Job Barber and Lola Mills.

     Zenas Barber was born circa 1790 at West Simsbury (now Canton), Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Job Barber and Lola Mills. Zenas Barber died after 1871 and before June 18 at County Infirmary, Kingsville, Ashtabula Co., OH.

     Luna Barber was the daughter of Job Barber and Lola Mills.

     Allen Barber was the son of Job Barber and Lola Mills.

     Dr. Barber lists four children of Delilah with dates after her death; probably children of Roxanna. Since the first two children are listed with no birth dates, it is still a question as to who their mother is, but seems likely to assign them to Delilah. Delilah Barber was born in 1797. She was the daughter of Job Barber and Lola Mills. Delilah Barber married Erastus Whiting. Delilah Barber died on 13 October 1833.

     Erastus Whiting married Delilah Barber, daughter of Job Barber and Lola Mills. Erastus Whiting married Roxanna (?) Erastus Whiting died on 29 January 1843.

     Roxanna (?) married Erastus Whiting.

     Gordon G. Whiting was the son of Erastus Whiting and Delilah Barber.

     Delia Ann Whiting was the daughter of Erastus Whiting and Delilah Barber. Delia Ann Whiting married Ariel C. Chaffee, son of Joseph Chaffee Jr. and Hannah Chapman, on 31 December 1840 at Marcellus, Onondaga Co., NY.¹

     Ariel C. Chaffee was born on 6 October 1813 at Marcellus, Onondaga Co., NY.¹ He was the son of Joseph Chaffee Jr. and Hannah Chapman.¹ Ariel C. Chaffee married Delia Ann Whiting, daughter of Erastus Whiting and Delilah Barber, on 31 December 1840 at Marcellus, Onondaga Co., NY.¹

     Emily Augusta Whiting was born in 1835. She was the daughter of Erastus Whiting and Roxanna (?)

     Charles Whiting was born in 1838. He was the son of Erastus Whiting and Roxanna (?)

     Myron Mills Whiting was born in 1840. He was the son of Erastus Whiting and Roxanna (?)

     Luna Elizabeth Whiting was born in 1843. She was the daughter of Erastus Whiting and Roxanna (?)

     Amasa Barber was the son of Job Barber and Lola Mills.

     Walter Buell Holcombe was the son of Walter Buell Holcombe and Frances Louise Cripps.

     Lillian Louise Holcombe was born in 1911. She was the daughter of Walter Buell Holcombe and Frances Louise Cripps. Lillian Louise Holcombe married Albert Bossart. Lillian Louise Holcombe and Albert Bossart were divorced.

     Frances Louise Cripps married Walter Buell Holcombe, son of Benajah Edmund Holcombe and Nancy C. Holcombe.

     Julia Temple was the daughter of Robert Temple and Eliza Allen. Julia Temple married Alonzo (?)

     John Salter was the son of William T. Salter and Ellen Holcombe.

     Ella Bronson was born in 1880. She was the daughter of Allen Walter Bronson and Flora Adelaide Holcombe.

     George Bronson was born in December 1878. He was the son of Allen Walter Bronson and Flora Adelaide Holcombe. George Bronson died on 30 November 1907 at Tuberculosis at age 28.

     Edith Bronson was born on 9 February 1883. She was the daughter of Allen Walter Bronson and Flora Adelaide Holcombe.

     Shakespearean actress. Ida Bronson was also known as Virginia Leiber. She was born on 28 May 1885. She was the daughter of Allen Walter Bronson and Flora Adelaide Holcombe. Ida Bronson married Fritz Leiber on 9 March 1910.

     Mary Bronson was born on 28 November 1889. She was the daughter of Allen Walter Bronson and Flora Adelaide Holcombe.

     Flora Bronson was born on 8 May 1895. She was the daughter of Allen Walter Bronson and Flora Adelaide Holcombe.

     Harold Bronson Louderback was born in August 1908. He was the son of Judge Ulysses Louderback and Ella Bronson.

     Ruth Louderback was born in 1913. She was the daughter of Judge Ulysses Louderback and Ella Bronson.

     Stage and movie actor. Fritz Leiber married Ida Bronson, daughter of Allen Walter Bronson and Flora Adelaide Holcombe, on 9 March 1910.

     Lois Humphrey was born on 20 July 1748 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.² She was the daughter of Hon. Oliver Humphrey and Sarah Garrett.³ Lois Humphrey married Bildad Barber, son of Jonathan Barber and Jemima Cornish.² Lois Humphrey died in 1810.²

     Irving Leroy Holcombe was born on 1 September 1913 at East Granby, Hartford Co., CT. He was the son of Amos Roberts Holcombe and Ida Belle Cook. Irving Leroy Holcombe married Muriel Brackett Fuller on 2 July 1932 at East Granby, Hartford Co., CT. Irving Leroy Holcombe died on 27 February 1962 at New Haven, New Haven Co., CT, at age 48. There is some dispute over Irving's birth date, with the records of Owen Johnson showing 1910, however, the SSDI shows 1913.

     Dorothy Maud Holcombe was born on 30 October 1920 at East Granby, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Amos Roberts Holcombe and Ida Belle Cook. Dorothy Maud Holcombe died on 6 January 1921 at East Granby, Hartford Co., CT.

     Trueman Barber was born in 1769 at Naugatuck, New Haven Co., CT. He was the son of Bildad Barber and Lois Humphrey. Trueman Barber married Alice Beebe, daughter of David Beebe and Lydia Terrill.

     Alice Beebe was born on 8 December 1768 at Waterbury, New Haven Co., CT. She was the daughter of David Beebe and Lydia Terrill. Alice Beebe married Trueman Barber, son of Bildad Barber and Lois Humphrey.
