Florence A. (Holcomb) Caruso, 89, of West Hartford and Hartford, widow of John L. Caruso, died Monday (March 3, 1997) at Middlesex Memorial Hospital, Middletown. Born in Granby, she had lived in the Hartford area most of her life. She was a member of the Hartford Gun Club. She leaves a son, Glenn M. Holcomb of Andover and three grandchildren, Glenn Jr., John and Jean Holcomb. Funeral services will be Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Sheehan- Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford. Burial will follow in Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. Friends may call at the funeral home today, 6-8 p.m.
