A private gathering to celebrate the life of Mr. Ralph C. Holcombe, age 85, of Orlando will be held in the near future. Mr. Holcombe was a native of Hartford, Conn. and had been a local resident since 1948. He was a WW II Army Veteran and had served in Papuan, East Indies and New Guinea campaigns. He was a retired parts manager for State Tractor of Orlando. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Madaline Fritz Holcombe; son, David Holcombe; brothers, Raymond "Bud" Holcombe, Richard Holcombe; sister, Mrs. Gail Van Scoter; grandson, Chris Holcombe.
